Pros

Good work culture with encouragement for community outreach and personal growth.

Cons

You have to push to get a raise even after years and their bottom line is to always make it cheeper for the client in an attempt to be an industry leader which can leave those more timid around the pay conversations in a difficult position of being taken advantage of.

Pay scale is good, but the hours are long. No wok life balance.

Cons

This is a very cold atmosphere. Owned by a therapist click type atmosphere.
