This company is so hypocritical.

Cons

This company took over the management of the rehab department where I had been working for 12 years. They told the entire department that we needed to interview with them because "how do you know you want to work for us". They then quickly fired everyone who worked there and hired new workers for lower pay. Before everyone was fired they bragged about their wonderful documentation program, which was literally the most backwards, nonintuitve, confusing, time consuming program I have ever used. They made terrible changes without looking at the way things were currently being run, and when we politely brought this to their attention they said "you just don't like change". This is a PT run management company. They should have their license revoked. They also led with the fact that they are a spiritual company, but treated us all like dirt!
