Pros

Local coworkers were great and friendly.

Cons

They claim you are an asset, but will take advantage of you 100%. They will put an insane work load on you and make you beg for a raise. If you decided to go back to school to better yourself, they will not work with you and will put you in a position to choose bettering yourself or staying right where you are.

Pros

Steady employment and interview process was easy.

Cons

They were dishonest with me about my pay. Had lots of issues with management. I had to contact HR twice in regards to poor behavior.

none, maybe that it is remote.

Cons

Management is not very understanding about candidates not wanting to work at certain nursing homes. You will be scolded for not hitting numbers no matter how hard you work.
