      Pros

      TMC is a great company to grow with that offers so many opportunities to team members and you genuinely are part of the TMC family. As a tenured TMC team member, I have had the privilege to be in several roles that have enhanced my clinical and professional skills. I feel valued as a person and recognized and supported by my peers. Patient care is a priority and service excellence is one of TMC's core values. The culture is unique and lived out everyday. The best part of my workday is knowing that I am making a positive difference in the lives of others. I can't imagine working any place else other than TMC.

      Pros

      Starting at TMC was a big step for me. This was a new field. Early on my strengths were recognized. Over time the team around me invested in those strengths and helped me improve in other areas. If you want to achieve professional and personal growth, this is a good environment for that. Fulfilling work.

      TMC is still growing, and growth takes time and energy.

      Pros

      Local coworkers were great and friendly.

      Cons

      They claim you are an asset, but will take advantage of you 100%. They will put an insane work load on you and make you beg for a raise. If you decided to go back to school to better yourself, they will not work with you and will put you in a position to choose bettering yourself or staying right where you are.
