Pros

If you stick with the company the ESOP program rewards you with a great benefits package when you hit retiring age. Health and dental insurance are great. If you work reliably they will usually accommodate any time you want off within reason.

Cons

It's a trucking job (haha). Pay could also be a tiny bit better. The performance-based pay they have punishes people who live in mountainous areas or have brutal winters who need to idle their trucks and use more fuel.

No trust Employees are a number. The training is not very good. You have to work 8,5 hour days PTO program not good. DO not invest in their employees at all training or technology.

Good if you like to sleep your way to the top and enjoy having your hard earned customers taken away from you

Cons

Pay sucks, management doesnt care about employees, trainers suck, there are no selling points that make us competitive over the dozens of other brokers
