Very supportive TEAM atmosphere full of industry pros that are ready and eager to help! Don't know the industry? That's okay. You will ramp up quickly here if you are hungry and eager to learn. I came from a career in marketing and years ago I worked in small package for UPS. I am quickly becoming an expert in FTL logistics because of the amazing support here. The big picture from corporate down reminds me a lot of what I experienced at UPS back when we were a privately held company. Truly a culture of excellence and partnership. And it's an honor and a privilege to be a part of it. For the first time in a long time, I look forward to coming to work on Sunday night / Monday morning. Who can say that?

Cons

Any concerns will be treated as complains. Pre-tarped loades have to be untarped to identify how to safely secure than re-tarped. Loads are scheduled with little wiggle room to allow for traffic or weather. Speed restricted trucks do now allow you to avoid most merging traffic on interstates since you cant merge left most often. Most loads pay little unless your a trainer and can sleep while trainee makes you money. Most trailers need attention to breaks since they are swapped often.
