Not at all any pros, tell you your apart of the family, you have good job security always FAIR, but your really not, make a simple mistake they will fire you on the spot that's what they did to me I was NEW well within my 90 days made a rookie mistake then got no warning NO WRITE UP just termination on my birthday matter a fact. NOT A FAIR COMPANY AT ALL!!!

Many cons. Above all don't make any mistakes THEY DON'T BELIEVE YOU ARE JUST HUMAN BEING AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A CHANCE they will fire you on the spot!! Not kidding not lying, they fired me on the spot for an easy mistake YOU CAN LEARN AND COME BACK FROM when I was relatively new to the company but they never gave me a write up or warning about it and this happened ON MY BIRTHDAY!!! This company has no heart and they do not care about you!! THESE ARE FACTS AND APPROACH AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm here to share with you my experience and this happened to me IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!! TRUST ME YOUR BETTER OFF AT ANOTHER LOGISTICS COMPANY!!!

Work was ok home every week but only for a day and maybe a half

Exceptional pay great trucks well serviced not afraid to spend money to make sure equipment is right. Training is excellent

Cons

Not very good benefits only home for 34 hr reset maybe 48 if you are lucky. Waiting 2-6 hrs for loads that send you 1-3 hrs from current location. If you are not a “sheeple” this is not the company for you
