      None! Verbal abuse! Toxic masculinity is everywhere in this office! This is not a safe place for women !

      Pros

      Great work environment. The GM in the Chicago office promotes a culture of professionalism and drive to get your job done. Micromanagement is not in the cards with him, but he is more than available when you need some advice or help. Employee owned. You get out of this job what you put into it.

      Cons

      Wish you could earn some extra vacation days a little quicker pending the amount of time you have worked here.

      Amazing work environment, great advancement opportunities, employee owned company, great culture through the whole company. Great training within the office as well.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced, if you don't do well in high pressure situations, this isn't the job for you.
