Good starter company. Great pay and benefits. Home most weekends. The equipment is BEST in the industry. Safety features on truck are good.

Cons

Make you wash truck every week. If another tmc driver sees your truck dirty they will rat you out. All about brownie points with tmc but better than most starter companies

TMC's nice trucks and the courteous and professional behavior of our drivers is well-known in the industry. Our customers appreciate this and keep a strong relationship with TMC because they know our drivers are dependable and will do an excellent job. Our performance pay is based on objective factors, rather than "tattle-tale" tactics. Drivers wash their trucks and enjoy "pride in their ride" - and TMC maintains their strong freight base to keep drivers moving. Seems like a win-win to me. :) Have an awesome day, Driver.
