Pros

Great starter company, get your feet wet for new drivers into flatbed. Safety is a big factor for TMC and if you are new, you will learn the right way to flatbed. I made it home evey weekend, but I stay in the southeast, results may vary depending on where you live.

Cons

Know your worth, once you get your experience and ready for more money, GO!! Unless you just like looking good in that black and chrome, with no green in your pocket. It's just a stater company.

Good equipment and maintenance personnel.

Cons

Management and office staff are turds. You have to watch them like a hawk or they steal from drivers to pad numbers, no apu’s for A/C, the management will lie to your face then call you a liar.

Cons

Insanely under qualified management makes ridiculously poor staffing, personnel, HR, process, protocol and objective decisions. Sexual innuendo is rampant as are sycophantic promotional practices. If you are not one of the fine young men and women of choice who blindly applauds the mundane and acts subservient to a forced culture of exclusion, you will be pushed out the door with an unsubstantiated progressive discipline process. Just like the 70's. Which is where this company still resides. TMC - It's not what you know, it's who you blow.
