      Pros

      Good communication, good ESOP, great training, equipment is pretty good. Not as strict as they sound once you're in your truck full-time. Paid fairly. First trucking company I've worked for that I felt really had my back.

      Cons

      Paid by the load, and loads in Texas are just terrible overall. Making less than local no-touch freight drivers who are home every day. Can make more if you train, stay out longer, go to other states etc but that isn't realistic for everyone. Recruiting is not completely honest about what you'll make. Some weird over-strict energy at some of the terminals.
