Pros

The company is always looking for innovative ways to streamline work. When the majority of the office had to work from home due to the pandemic, the transition was seamless! The office environment is very friendly and productive.

Cons

I do not have any cons, the work-life balance is good and the staff is friendly.

great work/life balance, which is hard to find in property management. Employees are recognized and listened to- company is willing to pay for industry related education - very progressive company

Pros

TMG has been the absolute best place I have ever worked at! Co-workers are always ready and happy to help and learn new tasks. The growth potential is limitless. Both the Management and the Executive team encourage and support growth by providing ongoing training and mentorship. TMG is definitely family-based and treats everyone as such. The CEO is a great example of prime leadership and knows everyone by name. I wouldn't ever want to work somewhere else!
