Pros
The Management Group Inc is undoubtably one of the best companies I've ever worked for, and I've worked at some pretty great places! Coworkers at TMG and AMS are all kind and very helpful. Leadership does whatever they can to give people the tools and support they need to succeed. I love the pride in innovation and how everyone really embraces technology and is never afraid to try new things. Leadership has a "we can do anything" attitude that is brave and refreshing. If you want to work in a place with sharp and innovative minds, kind coworkers and the ability to carve your own path a bit, this may be a good place for you. I should mention that I love my role and responsibilities. I get to be a critical thinker and a complete nerd while working alongside sharp and creative minds. It's a perfect blend of structure and creativity for me. One of the big draws for me personally was the TMG cares(501.c3) part of the family of companies. I am always looking for more ways to give back and this company has a whole side to it dedicated to giving back to the community!! I came in during the pandemic, so I can't attest to the extra curricular activities but I hear the seasonal parties and meet ups are always a great time. We are still trying to keep the spirit alive in the offices as safely as we can but I look forward to when we can all hangout again.
