      Good for a Short Time

      Pros

      Competitive pay, company lunches, company parties.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, employees are expected to give their all 100% of the time (understandably) but as soon as they realize they’re paying you more than an entry level employee, they’ll push you out to avoid paying unemployment.

      Pros

      If you have the drive you will go far here. Nearly everyone at the company is a joy to work with.

      Cons

      Compensation reviews are all done on the same timetable, and not until after a year of service. If you start a month after they do their reviews, you wont get a comp adjustment for 23 months unless you have a promotion.
