Pros

I love the atmosphere at The Management Group, it is like working with family. Everyone is willing to help everyone else, and if you help someone, they let you know how much you are appreciated.

Cons

COVID-19 because of restricted face-to-face contact with our clients and residents. Hopefully this won't last to much longer.

Pros

Everyone at TMG is so friendly, down to earth and willing to lend a helping hand if needed. It has such a relaxed and productive atmosphere. They also offer great benefits and discounts. I absolutely love working at TMG!

Cons

The lock on the bathroom door haha ;)

Pros

I have never had experience in this industry, and I can say this is the best company I have ever worked for. Even though we are a larger company, it definitely has the feel of a small company. Meaning everyone from the bottom to the top acts as a family and there is not one person here that could be considered unapproachable. Even if i were to change my position in the company, I know TMG is where i want to work. Thank you to everyone who has helped support me and helped me learn!

Cons

High customer interaction, but that can definitely change depending on the department youre in. Its all relative!
