Pros

Organization is a very well oiled machine, it has no cracks. This is a great place to learn and understand the industry as it has evolved though out the years. It has a better perspective that the up and new comers.

Cons

The current systems in place are going through a transformation, despite it to being to the better. Some transformation can face head winds and frustration, these are the teething processes of evolving and enhancing. If you have the patience for creating a legacy then TMG is your place.
