If you are an HOA or condo homeowner, beware of AMS/TMG being your management firm. They nickel and dime the heck out of the HOAs they manage to where they obliterate any HOAs budget and don't care. They talk a good talk to get your business but are not up front about all the outside of contract fees. If you are thinking of working for them, think otherwise. They will tell you that you are overpaid at other management companies, pay you less than your worth if you let them, bombard you with about 20 computer platforms/apps you must use to do your daily job, work you to death and unless you're part of the "inner circle" and are willing to hero worship the AMS President, you'll get nowhere with them. And don't count on any training if you work at a condo...they don't know anything about condo operations and will not be of any support. Run, don't walk, away from AMS/TMG.
