Stable Company - even during a pandemic.

Pros

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm proud to say I work for TMG. They make it easy for employees to work from home, even lending computers out. They hire a sanitation company every other week to clean the office, not to mention the standard every day cleaning. When masks couldn't be found they paid someone to make some for the office.

Cons

I don't think there's a job you can't find a con for, but I've been so impressed with how we've been handling the stay at home initiative, I can't think of a con at the moment.

Pros

Zero stars Absolutely nothing. This place will take your money and waste your time. Toxic. High turn over for a reason

Cons

Toxic the worst place I have ever worked. Favoritism to the max. During the interview process everyone is fake they pretend to be your friend and care they’re a “big family” but after your first 2 weeks the true colors and claws come out. It’s a bunch of mean girls who like to gossip and managment feeds right into it. You get stuck with the brunt work being the newbie. Google reviews are fake they give employees incentives to “burry the bad ones”.

Pros

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
