      Pros

      I get to show up every day and work with a highly skilled, motivated, team that are collaborating within and across departments to meet our customer's needs. Everyone is working towards the same goal. I have a great deal of trust and respect for the expertise of my coworkers, and I feel that trust and respect returned to me.

      Cons

      At the end of the day, the product must be of high quality, get out the door on time, and keep our customers lines up and running. This lends a certain amount of inflexibility to the work environment and can result in a poor work-life balance, even when everyone in the company does everything right.
