      Clear Training plans. Clear Job Descriptions. Clear Promotion Paths. Consistent hours and OT. Great Benifits. Great PTO accrual.

      Cons

      The overtime is consistant. One of the companies mottos is always moving forward and we make many changes for improvement which need consistent help from our employees.

      Pros

      The Inspection department at TOK America is an excellent place for a young chemist to start a career. Lots of opportunities to learn and cross train. The benefits make me feel well taken care of.

      Cons

      TOK America is a small company, so there is not much room for advancement. The pay is a living wage for the Portland metro area, but raises are few and far between.
