      Pros

      It is different. There are many not-qualified persons and it make me look good. I like to have the extra time to visit and use the internet. Free cellphones. Lots of happy person here. Many new project being done.

      Cons

      Work life balance is good, if your not scared of being let-go. Production is down, but more persons get hired. The funny small dark hair guys do not know what to do. This is not japan and the work-dooers are not japanese.

      Pros

      They pay a mediocre salary with mediocre benefits. Little or no chance for promotions, advancements, and or department transfers. This is the good stuff.

      Cons

      They hire Chemists to as Lab Technicians and pay them as such: lower than they should. They will try and fire you rather than lay you off. They work you around the clock. They don't respect holidays. Sometimes they won't let you use your own vacation time.
