      Pros

      It seemed, in the beginning that this company is moving forward and developing new products and customers. It is not. It is dependent on one large chip manufacturer in Hillsboro and no new products are being sold in quantities that would make good profits.

      Cons

      Many of the best and most effective personnel are gone, either left or were tossed out.What few good are left are consumed with simply hanging on.

      Kind of slow interview nobody watching after being hired.

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers seem to be happy to have a job and get paid twice a month. No one checks on you during work. No hassles during late shift.

      Cons

      Engineers always running around and acting like bosses or trying to make us do their work or thinking. Building is either too hot or too cold.

      Pros

      New faces, lots of meetings. Great parking spaces, lots of them available. Reasonable maintenance and good looking grounds.

      Cons

      People being brought in for "experience" and to bolster the president's image. Lack of work-product that is saleable. The main customer relegating us to secondary or tertiary supplier status. Days being numbered and everyone is worried about layoff.
