      Paycheck is the only pro

      Once upon a time this was a good company, unfortunately it hasn't been for a long time. The company culture is very dysfunctional, negative and non-inclusive. There is a bifurcation between American and Japanese management teams which leads to very little cooperation or constructive leadership. It is the worst place I have ever worked. Only silver lining is that it makes me so appreciative of where I work now. Seriously, for the love of God, run away from this place.

      Being aggressive, ignorant, blame and finger-pointing is the whole company culture in both CA and OR. No matter which department you are working for, it's just the same.
