      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn and innovate and the majority of employees are friendly and willing to offer help when needed.

      Cons

      Poor career progression and a culture of dishonesty in senior management. Management do not seem to plan out more than a month into the future.

      I was a field service technician here. It's a great job, and also a great company but supervisors are not the best.

      Enjoyable job. Pay was good. Great benefits. Cool co-workers. Time off. Seems the owner really cares about the company.

      Cons

      Supervisors showed favoritism. And don't want to help you. Management will always take supervisors side no matter what. And they are willing to let you go in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      If upper management doesn't agree with you or dislikes you, you will be let go. At will employment---no reason needed. Micro-managed by management who points fingers and will throw you under the bus at any given time . Favoritism. is high, Sexual harassment swept under the carpet.
