Lots of promises - no delivery

Pros

The technology is really great. The regional teams have come a long way in trying to take care of the employees, but get roadblocked at every turn.

Cons

There is no direction at all. A culture of mass confusion and no clear goal breeds a hostile work environment that is great for those that love being micromanaged. Roles and responsibilities are not well defined and this leads to multiple people fighting over issues and boundaries. This may be one of the worst mistakes I have made. Senior leadership is out of reach and out of touch with common employees.
