Challenging work and interesting problem solving Customer relationships Fun coworkers Training is pretty good and hands on Lasers, cameras, and touch screens Some autonomy in travel

Cons

Disorganized management People rarely actually care to help Outside sales force is used, so service is thrown under the bus to keep the sales people happy. Management is a shill for sales. No loyalty to the employees

Pros

My hourly wage was the only pro of working with Tomra.

Cons

Everything about working with Tomra is negative. Arrogant and deceiving people own and run Tomra. Tomra management uses chaotic and disorganized 'methods' to 'complete' projects. Chaos and disorganization should never exist at any company.
