Pros
Very good salary and benefits. Plenty of money in the budget to design and complete projects. Limo was provided to get to and from airport.
Cons
Some of the priority projects existed solely for the benefit of management - not the company or its customers. These wrongly motivated projects were almost never completed. Employees would often complain to each other that their given assignment was the wrong thing to do. Unfortunately, almost no one would speak their mind in the presence of management during company meetings. However, there were many projects that were very fulfilling that made a difference to our customers and the company.
