Fast pace, lots of change, new hires, deeply technical, application to complex customers in non commercial

Cons

Building the plan and flying, not a traditional customer base for a KC company, higher learning curve than a commercial business

I have observed and am actively participating in "We are in this together" team approach to pretty much all aspects of the operations. 3. High energy and focus on Clients and Customers 4. Cutting edge technology and executive support behind engineering/software development efforts. 5. Visionary C-suite

Not really a Con per se...Some of the processes are ripe for maturation, which would be typical and expected of a company hitting a high growth phase.
