You get to work on innovative solutions, help develop real software products, and be part of tactical applications that feel like they are doing something good for the country. The work stays interesting, there’s room to take ownership, and you’re surrounded by smart people who care about what they’re building. The leadership is also strong and supportive, which makes a big difference in the overall environment.

Cons

It is a growing company so if you're looking for a cozy place to hide in a larger organization, this isn't for you. You wear multiple hats and things move fast.

Very interesting tech. Engineering culture. Ambitious leadership gives plenty of room to innovate. I get to work with truly amazing people.
