There's always work to be done

Cons

Not a good place to work. Team environment is not valued by executives and therefore does not exist. Rushing to get something done in a hurry is valued higher than a strategic approach to building the team and a systematic way of getting work done.

Pros

If you like any of this to any degree: breakneck speeds, learning a lot and learning it FAST, pretty nice employee benefits, and some genuinely wonderful people to collaborate with. It really kept me on my toes, and I feel it prepared me for absolutely any other place, because no other place could possibly be this crazy. So, a net-positive?

Cons

Toxic management at multiple levels. Vaporware emporium. Engaging in what most would call dishonest practices towards clients and investors, on numerous occasions. Work / life balance is completely erratic. Your 𐌀𐌔𐌔 will be on fire seemingly every sprint, if sprints ever truly get respected here. Agile methodologies a buzzword, not a practice. Priorities and commitments changed directions like a mechanical bull at the state fair.

the office in Leawood is contemporary and very nice.

Cons

Leadership is resigning every week, large lay offs and creditors calling constantly. Not a healthy company or culture anymore.
