The team is so friendly and supportive. The benefits are really good. The company mission and customers we support are one of a kind.

Cons

Sometimes there may be long hours needed to meet deadlines, but work life balance is valued and encouraged.

Executives haven't proved an actual product or built a working GTM strategy. An annual layoff is is culture and tradition. Executives over promise and under deliver.

Beautiful office, nice location in Leawood

Cons

Leadership is a revolving door. Laid off half the team. Bonuses are nonexistent, equity share is a sham. Owner is verbally abusive. Google the company, the owner and believe what you read-stay away.
