Pros

Has a very interesting mission and client base. The technology is very state of the art and used against many different applications. The office is super nice and the other employees make the office fun and interesting place to work.

Cons

There are tight timelines on deliverables - not really a con but it can be challenging to meet clients expectations.

Pros

Over the last year, Torch seems like a different company than it was just a few years ago. Leadership has listened to the employees and put a strong effort in improving culture, clarity, and focus. This has been evident by expansions across several new and existing customer programs, product maturity, innovation, clearer technical direction, and trust earned from our customers. This is not an easy industry and start-up life can be challenging, but I'm excited about where the company is heading.

Cons

Fast-pace nature of the work and working in a start-up can be challenging as there are many moving pieces that must constantly be aligned, but the company has the right people in place to succeed. Everyone is collaborative and helps each other figure out the right solutions.
