      Pros

      There is a very positive atmosphere growing in certain areas in comparison to when I first started. Seemingly a good chance for development and career progression. Very friendly people to work with at all levels. Christmas has proven to show many an opportunity for senior management to offer their appreciation for staff across all level of the hierarchy with genuine appreciation.

      Cons

      Very long hours which need to be looked at as there isn’t the requirement for it.
