After office hour client building, fast-paced environment, amazing people. Really a good sense of community within the desks they grow to be like your family.

Cons

unfulfilling at times, when market is slow your day drags. The day to day job is not as exciting as it seems.

A good company but a dying industry. The people are generally nice, I was there on a summer scheme and grad scheme.

Pros

The people, the environment, the job. Electric is the way forward, voice is slowly diminishing. The approuch to recruiting was tough and they seem to favor what would have been 'bankers' who want to be 'bankers' but are using this as a back up, instead of those who actually want to be a broker.

Cons

The industry is going to die. The company has little morals, if the costs > benefits for your desk then your out of a job. The lease to their london building is up in a year and with the swap going towards electronic, I predict a huge loss of jobs as they focus on electronic and drop all the useless voice desks/

Cons

You'll find better salaries elsewhere. Can be some weekend work that you won't get paid for or holiday to compensate. Some poor trading figures had them reduce a large amount of broking departments
