      Great atmosphere and good education to joining the city as a graduate. Hard workers that can build up their rolodex will be rewarded. ICAP charity day ; )

      Cons

      Very cut throat industry If base salary isn't high then pay can vary if you are at an early stage there with a discretionary bonus. long hours and late nights out with clients.
