Pros

Fantastic place to work over the summer. The team I was in was great, nice and friendly people always ready to help with any questions I had. Got me involved in fairly important work bearing in mind I was just an intern. Definitely felt valued. Would strongly recommend.

Cons

Was being renovated whilst working there so it could be a bit loud at times. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Pros

Fast paced and entrepreneurial. Many opportunities to progress if you want to. Focus remains on the business and not red tape. Good social side.

Cons

Pace can be tough to handle. Often feeling like there is little direction. Teams are very cliquey and not always particularly welcoming. Communication is poor. Little focus on improving processes and many manual work arounds as no time to make improvements. Very high levels of stress.
