      Pros

      I am well looked after, having been with the company for nearly a decade, despite only planning on 4 months. Plenty of support if needed, opportunity for progression and the co workers make the place a good one. Leadership treat me very fairly and while I give back what I receive, I am very very happy and certain that others will be too.

      Cons

      Not that many to be fair. Anything that is a concern is heard and I can work something out that benefits company and I

      Promises of growth...

      A place where a lot of promises are made. And where you get paid for what you do.

      Promises growth to everyone, however being the best doesn't get you promoted.

      I have had mental health and personal problems over the last two years. They have not only been patient but super supportive and understanding. I could not have asked for more.

      It is shiftwork but hey
