Pros

The people & the location, literally nothing else since they've took over in June 2017.

Cons

Average Handling Time is managed to the extreme without any margins, sales targets go up as you take more calls & do keep in mind your average customer is 77, you're rushing a elderly person for their order! You even get told off for going 2 minute toilet breaks when lines are quiet.

Pros

It's a job that pays the bills. There are some events and special days. Good location and good facilities.

Cons

Team Leaders and Managers are very disorganised; depending on which one you ask a question work related, you can get a different answer (that doesn't seem to be correct, answers should be always the same); most of the times they don't know the answers and tell us to ask one colleague, making you have to wait some minutes until one becomes available; most of the times they also are unapproachable, making you feel a bit scared in going to them and asking questions.

Pros

The pay. Great floor Walker's to help. Great potlucks. Great people to work with. New building is much larger with two cafeterias.

Cons

Half an hour for lunch break. Upper management lies about permanent position. They will say it's permanent when it's not. Strict rules about electronics on the call floor. Will fire you if seen with a cell phone. If you have a pay check mishap like I did. Good luck!
