There are clear double standards and nepotism; promotions and opportunities are prioritized for those who fit into specific exclusive social circles or share certain personal lifestyles with management, rather than based on actual merit. While the company heavily promotes a culture of diversity, in practice, you are often marginalized or pushed out if you do not belong to these specific affinity groups. During project closures or ramp-downs, the work environment becomes chaotic, and positive reports hold no value unless you are part of this internal network. Furthermore, salaries remain low with no real plans for increases as you gain years of experience, adding additional pressure on employees.
