Time off (unpaid) around significant holidays. 4-day work week with flexible hours.
Cons
Unfortunately, due to past management, TPI is all over the place. It's slowly getting there, but only for a while. TPI has a vast employee turnover. In my years with TPI, they lacked training and employee retention and development opportunities. 2 or 3 years ago, TPI was on the right track when a young gentleman was employed to get all employees on track with training and ISO requirements. Though in the standard TPI fashion, his position was short-lived and eliminated.
