High turnover. Siloed departments who feud constantly. Cliquey management. Contractors are talked down to. Overworked employees. Average work week is 60-80 hours. Miserable global hours. Health and wellness are not prioritized or even cared about. Too many managers managing who knows what. Understaffed teams. Unqualified associates. Poor communication. Lack of transparency. Hard work and talent not recognized. Lies. Deception. If you’re self serving, backstabbing, and opportunistic, you’ll fit right into the company culture.

PTO/Holiday policy, great benefits, 95% of associates at TPI are amazing, created lasting friendships. Work/Life Balance great! CEO truly cares about his associates.

Cons

AZ office bully, created a toxic work culture for many associates and continues to talk negatively about former/current associates - many complaints to HR by several current/former associates, HR does nothing. Team dynamic needs work, hold horrible associates accountable - great associates leaving.
