      Pros

      The pay is pretty good and the work isn't too demanding. You won't find a cooler boss than the second shift supervisor. Hourly workers are very helpful to new hires.

      Cons

      The corporate structure could be better. A lot of decisions that affect hourly workers are made without any hourly worker input. You will be working with chemicals and materials that will irritate your skin and sinuses, though PPE is provided.

      They put lots of emphasis put on diversity. Strong HR team (after a rocky start). Competitive pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of workforce challenges and front-line leadership challenges. Process is very labor-intensive and requires lots of supervision (which can be hard to find).
