Very open leadership, respectful to all points of view. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Global Company, therefore there are a lot of early mornings and late-night meetings. Sometimes on the same day. Work-life balance is the worst I have seen.

Cons

Nothing for you here but for managers. Hardly chance to get promoted or even appreciated. Low profiled and unexperienced management for bussiness and teams.. Some abusive and discriminating behaviours . Mostly employ their old friends..

Women are not recognized for the talents and abilities. Their idea of celebrating women is to send them flowers. Would you send the men flowers? Clear message of inferiority.
