      Pros

      Great co workers in all departments, decent pay

      Cons

      Work you as much as possible with no understanding of exhaustion. Say their number one focus is safety but you will see so many unsafe things occuring. Alot of OSHA violations and although never impacted me did witness alot of favortism by some management.

      Good money good benefits,

      Cons

      Management integrity is poor. Will fire you in a heartbeat. Communication is bad safety is not good, air environment is not good, alot of overtime, no sick leave training sucks and so does management at all levels.

      Gaps in communication from Senior Management to Associates

      Communication, lack of support to provide communications on new or up in coming positions. Take yearly surveys and never communicate back the results
