Pros
Hard working staff and small department team building gatherings and the Christmas Party.
Cons
Discrminate against people with disabilities. More focused on the bottom line and less on employee welfare. Salaried employees expected to work more hours then there salary compensates for. Upwards of 80 hours a week at times. Required to climb ladders to unsafe heights while carrying heavy equipment. No assistance from upper management on real problems, but nit pick at non company issues. No bathroom facilities for female employees in the prodution areas. Only female bathrooms in office areas.
