enjoyed working with some great teams

Cons

No one in charge of the office I was in. Someone in management brought in a friend that wanted my position and laid me off with no notice. Company does not support employees or try to help those that consider the company their family. No advancement. They use you and kick you to the curb when they're done.

Pros

A great many of the employees within TRC are both friendly and knowledgeable, and the work environment differs from office to office.

Cons

Wages are not competitive, raises practically non-existent, inner corporate political maneuvering greatly reduces the effectiveness of the company, and very effectively dampens any aspirations of upward mobility within the company unless one belongs to a certain clique.
