      Company culture is archaic

      Pros

      In some areas good pay, stock options and bonus. In other areas extremely below the average. Internship program is highly valued.

      Cons

      Archaic structure. Demanding, no personal time, work first mentality. Women are not looked at as equals, maternity leave was just updated a year or two after I left. A company led by males that gives little to no growth opportunities to women. Lack of training and onboarding. Lack of mentorship and overall a management of do as I say not as I do. Fear based negative feedback and lack of positive return,

      Entry level engineering position without college education.

      Cons

      Doesn't follow OSHA and ADA regulations. Management actively shows favoritism. Management threatens/sabotages those who seek better employment opportunities or discuss federal related issues with the company.
