      The people are great and every day is different. You will not be bored and waiting for the end of the day.

      Work is great so far, I do not have any cons at this time and I recommend employment to everyone who is motivated.

      Good Company - Small Offices Breed Small Cultures

      Pros

      Good work, good work-life balance. Good salary and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Poor Benefits package. Small clique dictates office philosophy; if you weren't an original member of said clique you basically are ignored. Some loud co-workers who don't understand this is a place of business and study and professional environment. Please use headsets for conference calls and keep non-work conversations at a minimum.
