Private Equity owned, full time workers are treated like contractors. Limited training, or progression unless you come with the skills or you acquire them in your own time, otherwise it's all about maxing out utilization

Company has been around for a long time and wins a lot of large projects.

Cons

No work sharing between offices. Pay scales less than the industry standard and benefits are less than other firms. No job security and low staff moral. Expectations set too high for a unknown company coming into new markets. Existing staff not utilized to their full potential. Excessive micromanagement and reluctance to change. Zero diversity in management positions (infrastructure). College recruitment is non-existant, especially in new markets. Zero positive reinforcement for staff. High staff turn over.
