      100% travel for commissioning engineers

      Pros

      You get Pay Check every two weeks.

      Cons

      You travel 99% of the time. For example, you fly out to the job site work one or two weeks drive or fly to next job site work one or two weeks and then the company flies you home on Friday and you fly back out Monday, So the schedule looks like this, three weeks on two days off. If you have a family don't do it. If your single and trust someone to pick up your mail mow your yard pay your bills then you should be OK. P.S. since I work all the time out of the office I could not really rate the senior management or Culture & Values very well. I see emails about how good the management is and how wonderful the culture is, however, I don't have any real world experience with it.

      They have a great group of employees.

      Cons

      Management somewhat out of touch. More concerned with bottom line than their people. Lack of Communication with staff.

      Pros

      The only pro with this company is that you realize how much better other service providers are.

      Cons

      Lowest paying service company in the Oil/Gas sector by far. The work expectations are completely outrageous, you get what you pay for.
